Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any opened or consumed items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds or Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products: If your item arrives crushed, stale, or compromised in transit.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong product or flavor.
- Order Not Received: If your tracking information shows your package was never delivered.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please send us the following:
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened or consumed
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Claims made more than 7 days after delivery
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Once production or shipping begins, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
